Welcome to Earnne, operated by Vefio Sp. z o.o. (“Earnne,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Earnne website at earnne.com, the Earnne mobile apps, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an Account, signing in, accessing or using the Services, or continuing to use the Services after the Effective Date of updated Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services and must not create or continue an Account.
These Terms are available free of charge on earnne.com so you can read, save, and print them. Matters not regulated here are subject to Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of the country where you habitually reside.
1. Definitions
- Account — your user identity and credentials used to access the Services.
- Available Balance — confirmed earnings eligible for Withdrawal, subject to thresholds, holds, verification, and these Terms.
- Bonus — a promotional or discretionary credit Earnne may grant under stated program rules.
- Content — text, images, videos, software, feedback, or other materials provided by Earnne or submitted by Users.
- Earnings / Points — rewards credited for completing eligible Tasks or participating in Earnne activities.
- Partner — a third-party advertiser, offer provider, survey provider, game publisher, affiliate network, or similar party.
- Partner Reversal — cancellation, chargeback, clawback, or denial of credit by a Partner after an offer was recorded or tentatively credited.
- Payment Partner — a bank, payment institution, PayPal, gift-card issuer/distributor, crypto provider, or other third party that processes or delivers Withdrawals.
- Payment Threshold — the minimum Available Balance required to request a Withdrawal, currently $20 USD (or such other threshold as we publish for your account or currency).
- Provisional Earnings — pending or unconfirmed earnings awaiting confirmation by Earnne and/or a Partner.
- Referral Reward — a Bonus or credit under Earnne’s referral program when qualifying conditions are met.
- Services — the Earnne platform and related features for earning, tracking activity, withdrawals, referrals, and account management.
- Task — an activity made available through the Platform (directly or via Partners), such as surveys, game offers, AI tasks, videos, reading, freelance tasks, or other opportunities.
- User — an individual who registers for or uses the Services.
- Validated Earnings — confirmed earnings accepted by Earnne as eligible after validation or Partner confirmation.
- Withdrawal — redemption of Available Balance through a payout method displayed in the Services.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Age
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have full legal capacity to create or use an Account, unless mandatory law of your country provides otherwise and we expressly permit a different arrangement in the Services. Earnne may close Accounts it reasonably believes belong to persons who do not meet eligibility requirements.
2.2 Compliance with laws
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with applicable local, national, and international laws. Earnne may refuse service, suspend Accounts, or terminate access based on a reasonable, good-faith determination that your actions violate law or these Terms.
3. Account Registration and Management
3.1 Account creation
To use Earnne features, you must create an Account by providing accurate and current information (for example email and password, or a supported third-party login). Your Account is personal and non-transferable. Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination.
Registration includes acceptance of these Terms and acknowledgment of our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
3.2 Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your Account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. You must keep your contact details up to date.
3.3 Inactive accounts and deletion
If your Account has no meaningful activity (for example sign-in, completing Tasks, requesting payouts, or updating account information) for twelve (12) consecutive months, Earnne may mark it inactive, restrict access, and—consistent with our Privacy Policy—anonymize or delete personal data that is no longer needed, subject to legal retention requirements. Treatment of remaining balances is described in Section 4.9.
4. Services and Earnings
4.1 Overview
Earnne allows Users to earn rewards by completing available Tasks such as paid surveys, game offers, AI tasks, watching videos, reading content, freelance tasks, and other incentivized activities when available. Availability varies by country, profile, device, Partner supply, and account status.
No guaranteed earnings. Earnne does not guarantee that any User will receive a particular number of offers, qualify for an offer, earn any minimum amount, or reach the Payment Threshold within any particular period.
4.2 Earnings system
Before starting a Task, you may see estimated rewards. Completion may be recorded by Earnne, a Partner, or both. Some Tasks redirect you to Partner websites or apps. Estimated Points are not a guarantee of payment until Validated Earnings are confirmed.
Earnne may modify future earning structures, quotas, requirements, and offer availability prospectively. We may adjust, withhold, or revoke Provisional Earnings, and may claw back Validated Earnings or Bonuses, where we make a reasonable, good-faith determination of fraud, abuse, Partner Reversal, error, or breach of these Terms or applicable Partner rules.
Funds shown in your balance are not interest-bearing and do not create a bank deposit or investment product.
4.3 Withdrawals
Withdrawals are available after you reach the Payment Threshold and provide correct payout details for a supported Payment Partner method (for example PayPal, bank transfer, crypto, or gift cards where offered). Exact methods depend on your account and location.
Where the Withdrawal flow displays fees, conversion rates (if any), and the net amount, those displayed amounts control for that request. After final confirmation and submission to a Payment Partner, cancellation may not be possible. Earnne may require additional identity verification before paying out.
Earnne may refuse, delay, suspend, or reverse a Withdrawal where the request is incomplete, unauthorized, suspected fraudulent, subject to Partner Reversal, or otherwise inconsistent with law or these Terms. If you receive an erroneous or duplicate payout, you must notify us promptly.
4.4 Third-party offers and Partners
Offers displayed on Earnne are often provided by Partners. Earnne acts as a platform facilitating access to those opportunities; unless expressly stated, Earnne is not the Partner for all purposes and does not control Partner websites, apps, or data practices. Partner terms and privacy policies apply to activities you complete with them. Earnne may add, remove, replace, or suspend Partners or offers at any time.
4.5 Referral program
If Earnne offers a referral program, Referral Rewards are granted only for qualifying referrals under then-current program rules published in the Services and described on our Referral Program page. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and fraudulent activity do not qualify.
4.6 Suspension, freeze, delay, or reversal
Earnne may, based on a reasonable, good-faith determination and without prior notice where permitted by law, suspend, freeze, delay, withhold, cancel, or reverse Provisional Earnings, Bonuses, Referral Rewards, or payouts—including for fraud prevention, security, compliance, Partner Reversals, or investigation.
4.7 Right to refuse or limit service
Earnne may refuse to open an Account, limit features, or restrict the Services for lawful reasons including risk, compliance, fraud prevention, or operational capacity.
4.8 Review of account actions
If we reverse Earnings, refuse a payout, suspend your Account, or relay a Partner decision affecting your balance, you may contact [email protected]. Where reasonably possible and permitted by law, we may provide a general explanation. We are not required to disclose confidential fraud-detection methods.
4.9 Inactive and closed account balances
If your Account is inactive, closed, or scheduled for deletion and you have an Available Balance: (a) if the balance meets or exceeds the then-current Payment Threshold and you complete required verification, you may request Withdrawal within any notice period we provide (or within a reasonable time before deletion); (b) balances below the threshold may not be withdrawable until the threshold is met, unless mandatory law requires otherwise; (c) Pending Withdrawals continue under applicable payout rules if eligible; and (d) balances may be retained, restricted, paid, or otherwise handled as required by applicable law.
5. User Obligations and Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include, without limitation:
- Fraud, including manipulating Tasks, surveys, offers, referrals, earnings, or payouts
- Using bots, scripts, scrapers, emulators, unauthorized automation, or similar tools
- Uploading malware or attempting to disrupt or hack the Services
- Creating or using multiple Accounts, shared Accounts, or selling/renting Accounts
- Using VPNs, proxies, Tor, or spoofed locations to manipulate eligibility, evade restrictions, or commit fraud
- Abusing referral or promotional programs
- Violating sanctions, export-control, AML, or similar laws
- Using Earnne Content or data to train AI/ML systems without prior written consent
Each Task may have specific Partner rules. You must follow those requirements to qualify for Earnings. If we believe you violated this section, we may investigate, require verification, suspend or terminate your Account, and pursue available remedies.
6. Intellectual Property
Materials provided by Earnne—including website design, logos, graphics, software, and original content—are owned by Vefio Sp. z o.o. / Earnne or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial use as intended.
You retain ownership of User Content you submit. You grant Earnne a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and moderate that Content as needed to operate the Services. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.
Copyright complaints may be sent to [email protected] with enough detail to identify the work and the allegedly infringing material.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. EARNNE DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS NON-WAIVABLE CONSUMER RIGHTS.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EARNNE AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, EARNNE’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS PAID OUT TO YOU IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS OR (B) USD $100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for Earnne’s own fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is unlawful, non-waivable statutory claims, or properly Validated Earnings that Earnne is obligated to pay under these Terms.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Earnne / Vefio Sp. z o.o. from third-party claims arising out of your unlawful use, User Content, fraud, material breach, or infringement—except to the extent caused by Earnne.
10. Termination
10.1 By Earnne
Earnne may suspend, limit, or terminate your Account or access at any time, with or without notice where permitted by law, including for violations of these Terms or Partner terms, fraud or abuse, failure to meet verification or withdrawal requirements, or legal/compliance reasons.
10.2 By User
You may terminate your Account at any time by contacting support or using available account-deletion tools. Pending Withdrawals and Available Balance are handled under Section 4.9.
11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Complaints may be submitted to [email protected] or via our contact form. We aim to respond within fourteen (14) days of receipt. In complex cases we may inform you of an expected later response date and reasons for delay.
Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms available under applicable law. Disputes not resolved amicably may be submitted to the competent courts, subject to mandatory consumer venue and protection rules of your country of habitual residence.
11.1 Consumer right of withdrawal (EEA/UK where applicable)
Where consumer distance-contract rules apply, you may have a right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of conclusion without giving a reason, by emailing [email protected], unless you requested that service begin during the withdrawal period and applicable law allows loss of that right after performance begins. Starting monetization on the Platform and reaching the Payment Threshold may constitute commencement of the service for this purpose where permitted by law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, provided that nothing deprives a consumer of mandatory protections or courts available under the laws of the consumer’s habitual residence.
13. Additional Legal Terms
- Electronic communications — you consent to receive notices electronically (email and/or in-product).
- Force majeure — Earnne is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control.
- Assignment — you may not assign these Terms without consent; Earnne may assign to an affiliate or successor that assumes its obligations.
- No employment — nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship.
- Taxes — you are solely responsible for taxes arising from Earnings, Bonuses, Referral Rewards, and other benefits. Consult your own tax advisor.
- Sanctions — you represent that you are not a restricted party and will not use the Services in violation of sanctions or export-control laws.
- Language — these Terms may be translated for convenience; if there is a conflict, the English version controls to the fullest extent permitted by law (communications may also be provided in Polish where appropriate).
- Entire agreement — these Terms, together with expressly incorporated program terms (such as referral rules) and our Privacy Policy / Cookie Policy for data practices, constitute the agreement regarding the Services.
- Severability / waiver — if a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified or severed; failure to enforce is not a waiver.
- Technical requirements — you need a compatible device, internet access, a working email address, and a supported browser or app. Internet use involves inherent security risks; keep your devices updated and protected.
14. Changes to These Terms
Earnne may update these Terms from time to time (for example to reflect new features, legal requirements, security needs, or business changes). We will post the updated Terms and update the Effective Date.
For material changes affecting consumers, where required by law we will provide notice (for example by email and/or in-product notice) with reasonable advance effect—typically not less than two (2) months where Polish/EU consumer payment or framework-agreement rules require it. If you do not agree to material changes, you may stop using the Services and terminate your Account before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
