Política de Privacidade

Effective Date: August 11, 2026

Vefio Sp. z o.o. (“Earnne,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Earnne website at earnne.com, the Earnne mobile apps, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, how we protect it, and the rights you may have under applicable laws, including the GDPR and, where relevant, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, information collected automatically when you use the Services, and limited information from third parties. We aim to collect only what is needed to run your account, show earning opportunities, process payouts, keep the platform secure, and comply with the law.

1.1 Information You Provide to Us

When you create an account, we typically collect your email address and password. Depending on the signup method, we may also collect your name and other profile details you choose to provide. If you sign up with a third-party login provider (for example Google or Apple), we receive the account information that provider shares with us.

In your account settings you may optionally provide additional profile details. If you contact support or send feedback, we collect the details included in those communications. Approximate location (such as country or region) may be derived from your IP address at signup or during use.

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically

When you use the Services, we automatically collect technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device model, unique device identifiers, pages or screens viewed, features used, and timestamps. We may also collect login and session information to help secure your account.

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, measure performance, and (where permitted) support advertising or analytics. For details and choices, see our Cookie Policy.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive limited information from analytics providers, payment institutions (for example payout status), or login providers. Separately, when you use surveys, offers, games, AI tasks, videos, or other earning activities operated by independent partners, those partners may collect additional information directly from you under their own privacy policies.

1.4 Payout and Billing Information

To send earnings, we collect payout details needed to pay the named person. Depending on the method you choose, this may include:

  • Payment receiver details such as name and mailing/billing address
  • PayPal email address and related account name
  • Bank transfer details such as account holder name, bank name, account number or IBAN, and BIC/SWIFT where required
  • Crypto wallet details or gift-card delivery details when those methods are available
  • Identity verification documents (when required), such as images of a government-issued ID, to help verify identity, prevent fraud, and support legal or tax compliance

We use payout information to process withdrawals and reduce fraud—not for unrelated marketing.

1.5 Information Collected by Independent Partners

Earnne connects you with third-party partners that provide surveys, offers, games, ads, videos, AI tasks, and similar opportunities. Those partners often collect more information from you than Earnne does—for example survey answers, interest data, device identifiers, or account details needed to complete an offer—because they operate their own services.

When you leave Earnne’s interface to complete a partner activity, that partner’s privacy policy and terms apply to the data they collect. Earnne does not control how those partners use information they collect directly from you. Where we share limited technical or attribution data with partners so you can be credited for completed activities, we do so only as needed to operate the Services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide and manage the Services — create and manage your account, authenticate you, show available earning opportunities, and process withdrawals
  • Improve the platform — analyze usage, fix issues, and optimize experience across devices
  • Communicate with you — send account notices, security alerts, support replies, and policy updates; where legally permitted, send promotional messages
  • Personalize content — help show more relevant opportunities based on profile and activity
  • Secure the Services and prevent fraud — detect unauthorized access, multi-accounting, abuse, and suspicious payout activity
  • Comply with law — meet accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and other legal obligations, and respond to lawful requests
  • Process payouts — pay the named person using the payout method you select and verify eligibility for withdrawals

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information only in limited circumstances:

  • Service providers — hosting, CDN, analytics, email/messaging, customer support, and security providers that process data on our behalf
  • Payment processors and banks — details needed to complete a transfer (for example PayPal email or bank/IBAN details)
  • Earn and offer partners — limited technical or attribution data so activities can be tracked and rewards credited; partners may also collect data directly under their own policies
  • Legal compliance — when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or security
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy
  • Aggregated or de-identified data — that cannot reasonably identify you

4. Lawful Bases, Transfers & Regional Disclosures

4.1 Lawful bases (EEA, UK, Switzerland and similar laws)

Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal data on one or more of these bases:

  • Contract — creating and managing your account, providing the Services, processing payouts, and related support
  • Consent — non-essential cookies/marketing where required, and certain optional communications or profile fields
  • Legitimate interests — security, fraud prevention, service analytics and improvement, and limited attribution needed to operate earn features—balanced against your rights
  • Legal obligation — tax, accounting, responding to lawful requests, and required recordkeeping

You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is consent-based, without affecting prior lawful processing. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object as described below.

4.2 International data transfers

Vefio Sp. z o.o. is established in Poland (EU). Your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in other countries where we or our service providers and partners operate, including countries outside the EEA. Those countries may have different data protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

4.3 Categories of personal information (CCPA/CPRA)

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect categories such as:

  • Identifiers (name, email, account identifiers, phone, IP address, device identifiers)
  • Customer records / financial information (payout details and withdrawal history)
  • Commercial information (earning activity and transaction history on the Services)
  • Internet or electronic network activity (browsing/interaction data, session logs, cookie/SDK telemetry)
  • Approximate geolocation derived from IP
  • Limited inferences used to show relevant opportunities, detect fraud, or improve the Services
  • Sensitive personal information such as account credentials and, when submitted, government ID images for verification

Where we process sensitive personal information, we use it only as reasonably necessary for security, identity verification, payout verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance—not for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4.4 Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of applicable law. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us at [email protected]. Users under the age of majority may only use the Services as permitted under our Terms of Service.

4.5 Cookies, Do Not Track, and similar technologies

Cookies and similar technologies are described in our Cookie Policy. Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal; our Services currently do not respond to DNT signals in a uniform way. You can manage non-essential cookies through our cookie consent tools (where available) and your browser settings.

4.6 Personal data breach notification

If a personal data breach occurs and applicable law requires notification, we will notify affected individuals and/or competent supervisory authorities within the timeframes and in the manner required by law.

5. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. You can exercise applicable rights by emailing [email protected] or using our contact form. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

  • Access — confirmation of whether we process your data and a copy where applicable
  • Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Erasure — request deletion, subject to legal exceptions (for example fraud prevention or tax records)
  • Restriction — limit certain processing in specific circumstances
  • Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests, and object at any time to direct marketing
  • Portability — receive certain data you provided in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format where applicable
  • Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent
  • Lodge a complaint — with a supervisory authority (for example an EU/EEA data protection authority)

California residents may also have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, where applicable. Earnne does not sell personal information for money in the traditional sense; any limited sharing is described in this policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, prevent fraud, and meet legal, accounting, and tax requirements. When retention is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify personal information unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Data Typical retention
Account profile and login credentials For the life of the account; after deletion or deactivation, residual copies may be kept for a limited period for security, fraud prevention, and backups unless a longer legal hold applies
Security / session / login activity Typically up to about 12 months
Identity verification documents As long as needed for verification, fraud prevention, and applicable legal/compliance requirements
Payout / payment / billing history As required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and disputes
Support communications As reasonably necessary to resolve requests, improve support, prevent abuse, and establish or defend legal claims
Marketing preferences / mailing list Until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent; suppression records may be kept to honor opt-outs
Analytics cookies / measurement According to cookie lifetime, consent choice, and provider configuration — see Cookie Policy

These periods are typical guidelines and may vary by legal requirement or ongoing investigation. Some payout and fraud-related records may be retained as required by law even after you stop using the Services.

7. Security Measures

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Our practices may include hashed passwords, access controls, TLS/SSL for data in transit, restricted access to verification documents, rate limits, monitoring for abuse, and infrastructure protections.

Please use a strong, unique password and protect your account credentials. If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password and contact [email protected].

8. Email Communications

We may use your email address to send service messages (account, security, payout, and support) and, where permitted, promotional messages. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages or by contacting us. Service messages necessary to operate your account may still be sent.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or Services. When we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law—for example by posting the updated policy on this page, updating the effective date, or notifying you by email or in-product notice where appropriate. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
